Vu que JOHN BESSELL arrive en fin de contrat à la fin de la saison et vu que l’école de jeunes de l’Indiana se développe énormément, le club est à la recherche du profil suivant : un T1 pour son équipe première Messieurs (Nationale1) et en même temps co-responsable de la filière filles U10 jusque U19.

We are actively looking for an inspiring and dynamic Head Coach for our Men’s First Team (National 1), ready to embark on an exciting full-time, long-term project. This role combines leading the Men’s First Team (T1) with active involvement in the Indiana Hockey Academy (IHA), focusing on developing our Youth Girls’ department, setting its direction, and nurturing future talents.

What We’re Looking For?
Men’s First Team Coach:
- Certified Trainer C (or higher).
- Strong expertise in leadership, strategy and game analysis.
- Proven experience as a coach at National level (Honor, N1 or N2).
- Ability to coach a diverse team of local players, professionals and internationals.
- Fluency in Dutch or English.
- Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week, including evening trainings and weekend matches.
Leader within the Youth Girls’ Department:
- Demonstrated expertise in youth hockey coaching.
- Deep understanding of modern hockey techniques and tactics.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with Indiana’s Director of Sport.
- Passion for inspiring and energizing young players, from U10 to U19.
- Availability for a minimum of 22 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
