Head of Top Hockey Development @ hockeyclub Indiana
We welcome applications for the high-impact dual role of Head of Top Hockey Development @ Indiana Hockey Academy and a First Team Assistant Coach (T2). We look for a passionate and seasoned hockey professional who thrives on inspiring and energizing players and colleagues. You will be part of the Sport Department led by the Director of Sports. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical skills of our youth players, while supporting a First Team competing at the national level.

What We’re Looking For?
Head of Top Hockey Development @ Indiana Hockey Academy
Responsibilities:
• Develop and strengthen the technical skills of our youth players.
• Design and implement comprehensive training plans (HockeyFood alike)
• Collaborate effectively within the Sport Department, led by the Director of Sports, with professional colleagues and trainers, of all ages and experience levels.
• Stay updated on hockey techniques and tactics to enhance player development.
• Coaching 1 youth team (> U12) on Saturday.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch, French, or English.
• Minimum 15 hours/week, max 28hours/week commitment, including evening training sessions and weekend matches (morning or afternoon).
• Proven experience in hockey training and youth player development.
• Energetic and inspiring, to fostering growth in a positive environment.
Assistant Coach (T2) Men’s or Woman’s first team
Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Coach (T1) in managing a First Team.
• Contribute to communication, leadership, strategy, team management and video analysis.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 hours/week commitment, including evening training sessions and
weekend matches.
• Certified Initiator or higher.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of local players, professionals and internationals.
• Foster a collaborative and constructive environment alongside the Head Coach (T1).
